One Minute of Noise is a website dedicated to fighting femicide through education, awareness, and action. The homepage features a provocative question designed to engage users and prompt them to take action, with moving numbers highlighting femicide statistics.

We chose an activist vibe with vibrant colors and provocative language to inspire more people to take action.

The Homepage of our website features a provocative question aimed directly at the user, designed to engage and prompt them to take action. The numbers moving around the screen relate to statistics on femicide.

The website is divided into three sections. The first, “Don’t ignore the issue” provides insights into femicide through statistics, cultural context, and media perspectives. The second “Your time to act” offers solutions for preventing femicide at the individual, media, and institutional levels. The third section “Listen to the voices” functions as a monthly-updated blog presenting personal stories, thoughts, and projects related to femicide.

For the website to reach a broader audience and motivate more people to take action, we launched a communication campaign that features posters, social media, and merchandise.
